ABOUT US
Supporting Women Beyond Recovery
An Erasmus+ project empowering women through physical activity, education, and social connection.
EmpowerHer is a European initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, designed to support women who have survived breast cancer. The project focuses on improving survivors’ physical, emotional, and social well-being through tailored health-related physical activity (HRPA), educational resources, and community-based support.
Developed in collaboration with universities, research centers, and NGOs across Europe, EmpowerHer promotes gender-sensitive, inclusive, and evidence-based practices to help survivors rebuild confidence, connect with others, and sustain long-term wellness after treatment.
